Our Mission

Chiropractors believe that our bodies have a natural ability to heal itself - if there is nothing in the way or "interfering" with that ability - you can achieve optimum health. Our goal is to help improve your overall health and enjoy a pain free life.

What is Chiropractic?

A hands-on, drug free, surgery free, all natural, holistic, conservative approach to healthcare. It is an approach that focuses on the nervous and musculoskeletal systems and how the effects of an abnormally functioning nervous system causes disease. Chiropractic doesn't just treat your symptoms but treats the cause of your problem. Chiropractic allows the body to use its own natural recuperative resources to heal itself.

If the nervous system is "stressed" or "impaired" by injury, stress, or illness, it can cause the body to function improperly and not as effectively. And as a result, causes many health problems.

What Is An Adjustment?

A Chiropractic adjustment is a safe, specific manual movement of the vertebra into its proper position. The purpose on an adjustment is to restore normal mobility to the joints which have become hypermobile or "fixated" (not moving properly) causing irritation or pressure to the nerves. Once the irritation and pressure is released through an adjustment, the nervous system and the body as a whole will function more efficiently and improve your overall health.

There are many different techniques your Chiropractor can use, so not all adjustments are the same. Your spinal problem will be carefully evaluated and the best course of treatment will then be determined.

Is An Adjustment Painful?

A Chiropractic adjustment rarely causes pain or discomfort. However, each patient responds differently to treatment. Sometimes a mild soreness, stiffness or achiness, like with exercise, is experienced after an adjustment which resolves within 12-48 hours. Some patients will experience immediate relief of their symptoms after an adjustment.
